This fully furnished ground floor apartment has a renovated interior and beautiful garden to enjoy. At the back of the garden there is a separate garden house with one part being a guest bedroom/home office and the other part storage for bicycles and such. You are invited to come take a look!
Layout
After entering the hallway, there is a coat rack directly to the right with space on top for hats and so on. A second door with stained glass panels connects to the living room and adjoining kitchen being separated by a partition wall but open on either side. To the right of the hallway is the master bedroom. At the front, using a sliding door, is a connecting bedroom which has been a kids’ bedroom until now but could also be a practical dressing room. Parallel to the master bedroom is the bathroom where the use of space is very efficient. On one side is the toilet and wash basin with drawers underneath and on the opposite side behind door panels are shelves for storage with the shower next to it.
Back in the living room there is an open view towards the garden. Walking around the right or left side into the kitchen provides a pleasant atmosphere. The kitchen comes with all the main appliances such as a fridge, separate freezer, gas cooker plus extractor, a combi oven, washing machine and a dishwasher. The window section and doors which open outwards to the south facing garden draw in a maximum amount of daylight.
For city standards, this enclosed garden is considered quite spacious. The first section is a wooden deck followed by the grass lawn and the tiled path towards the garden house. The section to the left has a sleeper sofa for guests and a desk to use as it as a home office as well. The other section really comes in handy when needing to store all kinds of items, big or small.
